“تم۔۔۔؟تم یہاں کیا کررہی ہو۔۔۔؟” وہ یک دم اپنی جگہ سے اٹھ کر اس کے سامنے آیا تھا۔۔۔
“وہ۔۔۔میں۔۔۔کافی۔۔۔کافی لائی تھی۔۔۔” اس نے کپ اس کے سامنے کیا۔۔۔
“تم سے مانگی تھی۔۔۔؟”اس نے کڑے تیور لئے اسے گھورا۔۔۔
“کافی۔۔۔” اس نے ہنوز کپ سامنے کئے رکھا۔۔۔
“ماں۔۔۔۔ماں۔۔۔۔” وہ حلق کے بل چلایا تھا۔۔۔
اس سے تو کبھی اس کے بابا نے اونچی آواز میں بات نہیں کی تھی اور آج سے پہلے تک ارحان بھی تو کبھی یوں چلایا نہیں تھا۔۔۔۔
“ماں۔۔۔۔” وہ چیخا تو ڈر کے مارے عریبیہ کے ہاتھ میں پکڑا کپ زمین پر جاگرا۔۔۔۔صدف صاحبہ بھی بھاگ کر اندر آئی تھیں۔۔۔”اوہو۔۔۔کیا ہوگیا ہے ارحان۔۔۔” اگلے ہی پل وہ عریبیہ کی جانب لپکیں ۔۔۔
“یہ یہاں کیا کررہی ہے۔۔۔۔؟”
“بدتمیزی کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔۔۔آواز دھیمی رکھو۔۔۔”
“مام۔۔۔میں آپ سے کہہ رہا ہوں یہ یہاں کیا کررہی ہے۔۔۔۔میرے کمرے میں کیوں آئی ہے۔۔۔؟”
“تمہیں دکھائی نہیں دے رہا کافی دینے آئی تھی۔۔۔اس میں گدھوں کی طرح چیخ کر بچی کو ڈرانے کی کیا ضرورت تھی۔۔۔” وہ اپنے ساتھ لگی سہمی سی کھڑی عریبیہ کی پیٹھ سہلا نے لگیں۔۔۔
“میں نے کتنی بار منع کیا ہے میرا کام آپ کے اور رباب کے علاوہ کوئی نہ کیا کرے ۔۔۔”
“اچھا۔۔۔اور اگر عریبیہ نے کردیا تو کیا مسئلہ ہوگیا ہے تمہیں۔۔۔؟”
“مجھے بہت بڑا مسئلہ ہے ۔۔۔آپ آئندہ اسے میری چیزوں سےدور ہی رکھئیے گا۔۔۔” اس نے صدف صاحبہ سے کہا اور پھر اس کو آڑے ہاتھوں لیا۔۔۔”تمہیں بہت شوق ہے خواہ مخواہ اچھا بننے کا۔۔۔؟ دوسروں کے کام کرنے کا۔۔؟اک بار کہا تھا نا دور رہنے کو۔۔۔سمجھ نہیں آتی بات۔۔۔” اس کے جملے بے عزتی کا احساس لئے ہوئے تھے۔۔۔وہ بے ساختہ ہی ان سے لپٹی رودی۔۔۔
“ارحان۔۔۔اب اگر تمہاری زبان بند ناں ہوئی نہ تو میں بتا رہی ہوں مجھ سےبرا کوئی نہیں ہوگا۔۔۔۔جاؤ یہاں سے۔۔۔”
“آئندہ میری چیزوں کو تمہارا ہاتھ نہیں لگنا چاہیے۔۔۔۔” صدف صاحبہ کے منع کرنے کے بعد بھی وہ اپنی بات کہہ کر ہی گیا تھا۔۔۔۔ اسے ارحان کا غصہ اور اس کے الفاظ آج پھر سے یاد آگئے تھے ۔۔۔۔
اس نے اس سے کہا تھا کہ وہ کبھی اس کا اس کی چیزوں پر لمس برداشت نہیں کرے گا۔۔۔اب ۔۔۔”یا اللہ۔۔۔۔” اس نے بے بسی سےکہا۔۔۔وہ اپنی جگہ سے اٹھ گئی اور گھر کے اندر آتے ہی جانے کیا خیال سمایا کہ اپنے بابا کے کمرے میں چلی آئی۔۔۔اس نے آہستہ سے دروازہ کھولا مبادہ کہیں اٹھ ہی نہ جائیں لیکن اگلے ہی لمحے انہیں زمین پر گرا دیکھ کر وہ ان کی جانب بھاگی ۔۔۔کاش کے وہ دروازہ کھولتی اور وہ اٹھ ہی جاتے۔۔۔وہ ان کا سر اپنی گود میں رکھے کبھی انہیں آوازیں لگا نے لگی تھی اور کبھی بوا کو۔۔۔
