جنگل!! کالا گہرا اور سنسان جنگل۔ آسمان بلکل صاف تھا۔ آج آسمان پر ایک بھی ستارہ نہیں تھا۔ چاند کی روشنی جنگل میں پھیلی ہوئ تھی۔ اگر جنگل میں دور تک نظر گھمائے تو ایک بھی انسان نظر نہیں آرہا تھا۔ نہ بندہ تھا اور نہ ہی بندے کی ذات! صرف سنسان اور کالا جنگل! کہی دور سے روشنی نظر آنے لگی تھی۔ یہاں پر کوئ گھر نہیں تھا لیکن پھر یہ روشنی کہاں سے آرہی تھی؟ آہستہ آہستہ وہ روشنی قریب آرہی تھی۔ غور سے دیکھا جائے تو وہ bumper light تھی۔ گاڑی قریب آرہی تھی اور ساتھ ہی ساتھ وہ روشنی بھی۔ وہ گاڑی جنگل کے بلکل درمیان میں آکر رُوک گئ تھی۔ ڈرائیور گاڑی سے باہر نکلا، موبائل کی torch کو چلایا اور زمین پر کچھ ڈھونڈنے لگا۔ ہاتھوں سے جھرے ہوئے پتوں کو اِدھر اُدھر کرنے لگا۔ ناجانے وہ کیا تلاش کررہا تھا وہ بھی سنسان جنگل کے درمیان میں! کچھ ہی دیر کی تلاش کے بعد اُس کو وہ ہینڈل مل گیا تھا جو وہ کب سے ڈھونڈ رہا تھا۔ موبائل کی لائیٹ کو سائیڈ پر رکھ کر وہ دونوں ہاتھوں سے پتوں کو اِدھر اُدھر کرنے لگا۔ اتنی ہی دیر میں کچھ اور گاڑیاں اس شخص کی گاڑی کے پیچھے آکھڑی ہوئیں۔ گاڑیوں سے ڈرائیور باہر نکلے اور اُس شخص کے ساتھ اُس ہینڈل کو کھینچنے لگے۔ کچھ ہی دیر میں وہ ہینڈل کھل گیا۔ وہ ایک سُرنگ تھی بہت بڑی سُرنگ۔
