بادل بہت تیز گرج رہے تھے بادلوں کی گھن گرج کے ساتھ بجلی بھی چمک رہی تھی آسمان پہ ایک عجب سا شور برپا تھا۔
ایسے میں اس کا نازک سا وجود بادلوں کی گڑگڑاہٹ کے ساتھ لرز سا جاتا۔اس کی کالی سیاہ ہرنی جیسی آنکھوں میں بے تحاشہ خوف پنہاں تھا جو اس کے پورے وجود کو اپنی گرفت میں لئے ہوئے تھا۔اس کے سیاہ خم دار بال اس کی پشت پہ بکھرے تھے جو اس کے سوگوار حسن کو ایک الوہی خوبصورتی عطا کر رہے تھے۔گلابی رنگت خوف سے سفید پڑ چکی تھی وہ ہال کے کونے میں پڑے صوفے پہ سکڑی سمٹی سی بیٹھی تھی۔
باہر بارش شروع ہوچکی تھی اور اندر اس کی آنکھوں سے ساون برس رہا تھا۔وہ گھر میں اکیلی تھی اور پورے گھر میں گھپ اندھیرا چھایا تھا۔اس کا دل کسی پتے کی مانند لرز رہا تھا۔وہ اس وقت بیٹھی اپنے رب سے صرف اپنی موت کی دعائیں مانگ رہی تھی کیونکہ وہ تھک چکی تھی اس زندگی سے اسے جینے سے آسان موت لگنے لگی تھی۔
کب تک وہ سب کو اپنی بے گناہی کا یقین دلائے کوئی اس کی بات پہ یقین کرنے کو تیار ہی نہیں تھا اسے اس کے ناکردہ گناہوں کی سزا مل رہی تھی۔ایسا گناہ جو اس نے کبھی کیا ہی نہیں تھا مگر پل پل اس کی سزا کاٹ رہی تھی۔لبوں پہ فقل تھا مگر آنکھیں چینخ چینخ کے اپنی روادار سنا رہی تھیں
