“مجھے یہ فیصلہ منظور نہیں….”نسوانی آواز پر سب مردوں کو ہی جیسے دھچکہ لگا تھا۔وہ بزرگ انسان فورا چارپائی سے اٹھے تھے۔اپنی بیٹی کو اپنے سامنے دیکھ ایک غصہ کی شدید لہر ان کے جسم میں ڈور گئی تھی۔برسوں کی عزت آج جیسے خاک میں ملی تھی۔وہاں موجود سب مردوں کے چہروں پر ناگواری چھائی تھیں۔سب نے ہی اپنی نگاہیں پھیر لی تھیں۔جو چہرہ آج تک سات پردوں میں چھپا ہوا تھا،آج ہر کوئی باآسانی اس کا طواف کر سکتا تھا۔
“میرے ساتھ یہ ظلم نا کریں ابا۔آپ کی بیٹی اجڑ چکی ہیں۔مجھے طلاق ہو گئی ہے۔مجھے واپس مت بھیجیں۔”وہ بھاگتی ہوئی اپنے باپ کے پیروں میں گری تھی۔اب ان کے جوتوں پر ہاتھ رکھے وہ بلک بلک کر رو رہی تھی۔
“مجھے اسی آنگن میں زندہ دفنا دیں مگر مجھے واپس نا بھیجیں۔آپ کی بیٹی نے ہمیشہ آپ کا ہر حکم مانا ہے۔آج اپنی بیٹی پر اعتبار کر لیں ابا!”جوتوں پر رکھے ہاتھ کپکپا رہے تھے۔صحن کی کچی اور گیلی مٹی نے اس کے سفید سوٹ کو گردآلود کر دیا تھا مگر اصل داغ تو اس کے ماتھے پر لگ چکا تھا،طلاق کا داغ….
“ہمارے خاندان میں طلاقیں نہیں ہوا کرتیں۔میرے بیٹے نے بھی تمہیں طلاق نہیں دی۔ حاجی جی!آپ کی بیٹی میرے بیٹے کے ساتھ رہنا ہی نہیں چاہتی تبھی اس قسم کا جھوٹ باندھ رہی ہے۔”سماعتوں سے اب اس کے سسر کی آواز ٹکرائی تھی۔وہ سختی سے آنکھیں میچے مزید سر جھکا گئی تھی۔آسمان پر سرخ ابر کی جگہ اب کالی گھٹاؤں نے لے لی تھی۔گھر کے آنگن میں اب بجلی گرج رہی تھی۔
“کیا ثبوت ہے طلاق کا،نا کوئی گواہ اور نا ہی کچھ اور….!”
“عورت ناقص العقل ہوتی ہے۔یقینا سننے میں غلطی ہوئی ہو گی۔”اب مختلف لوگ مختلف قسم کی سرگوشیاں کر رہے تھے۔جس کے لباس پر آج تک گندگی کا ایک چھینٹا بھی نہیں پڑا تھا،آج اس کا لباس،اس کی عزت معنوں تار تار ہو رہی تھی۔
“کہا تھا نا کہ اس سب کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہے۔”دروازہ بند کرتے اس کا شوہر اس کے پاس آ کر کھڑا ہوا تھا۔
چادر کے اندر چھپے چاقو پر اس لڑکی کی گرفت مزید مضبوط ہوئی تھی۔ہاتھ لرز رہے تھے مگر اس کے پاس اب دوسرا کوئی راستہ نہ بچا تھا۔
“اپنے دماغ میں یہ بات بٹھا لو کہ چاہے کچھ بھی ہو جائے، لوٹ کر تمہیں میرے پاس ہی آنا ہے۔”بستر پر اپنا کوٹ اچھالتے وہ ڈریسنگ ٹیبل کی جانب بڑھا تھا۔
“جاؤ جا کر چائے بنا کر لاؤ۔”گھڑی اتارتے اس نے حکم صادر کیا تھا۔اس لڑکی کی آنکھوں میں اب خون اتر آیا تھا۔طیش کی وجہ سے وہ اب گہری گہری سانسیں لے رہی تھی۔
“آپ نے مجھے طلاق دے دی ہے۔میں اب حرام ہوں آپ پر….”کچھ تامل کے بعد اس کے لب ہولے سے ہلے تھے۔
“ہاں دی ہے میں نے طلاق،اس سے کیا فرق پڑتا ہے؟کوئی ثبوت ہے تمہارے پاس؟”اس کی جانب پلٹتے وہ تمسخرانہ انداز میں گویا ہوا تھا۔آنکھوں میں شیطانیت ہی شیطانیت تھی۔اس لاچار کی بےبسی اسے سکون دے رہی تھی۔
“آپ مان رہے ہیں کہ آپ نے مجھے طلاق دی ہے؟”وہ سرخ آنکھوں کے ساتھ بستر سے اٹھی تھی۔
“ہاں مان رہا ہوں۔ابھی تو تم میرے لیے چائے بنا کر لے کر آؤ اس کے بعد….”وہ قدم قدم چلتا اس کے قریب گیا تھا۔وہ سہم کر پیچھے ہٹی تھی۔
“اس کے بعد میں تمہیں وہ سبق سکھاؤں گا کہ تم ساری زندگی یاد رکھو گی۔تمہاری وجہ سے میری جو بےعزتی ہوئی ہے،اس کا حساب تو تم دو گی۔چمڑی ادھیر دوں گا میں تمہاری….” اسے بازو سے دبوچے وہ سرد لہجے میں متکلم ہوا تھا۔
