“کوئی بات نہیں بڑی ہیں۔” زیمل کی اماں نے اسکی پیٹھی تھپتھپائی۔
“مام وہ تو اپنے بچوں کے لیے سب سے لڑنے آ جاتی ہیں۔ آپ ایک دفع میرے لیے انہیں کچھ کہہ نہیں سکتیں ؟” وہ تو جیسے روہانسی ہو کر منت کر رہی تھی۔
“تو لڑ کر بیٹھ جاؤ پورے خاندان سے۔ تمہیں ہر کسی سے ہی کوئی نہ کوئی مسئلہ ہے۔ بہت کام پڑے ہیں چل کے کام کرو۔” وہ اسی پر برہم ہو کریہ جا وہ جا ہو گئیں۔ زیمل نے ہاتھ میں پکڑے ٹشو کو بہت زور سے زمین پر مارنے کی کوشش کی۔ لیکن وہ بھی اسکا غصہ کم کرنے میں ناکام رہا تھا۔ وہ اتنی جھنجھلائی ہوئی تھی کہ اس نے گھاس پر بچھا تاروں کا جال نہیں دیکھا اور اسکی ہیل اس میں اٹک گئی۔ وہ کمر کے بل گرنے لگی تھی، مگر بروقت سنبھلنے کے لیے اس نے اپنے سامنے رکھی کرسی تھامی۔ کرسی پر بیٹھا زمان یک دم جھٹکا لگنے سے کھڑا ہوا۔ پیچھے سنبھلتی زیمل کو دیکھ کر وہ بھی بکھلا گیا، اس سے پہلے کہ وہ اپنا توازن کھو کر گرتی۔ زمان نے اسکو کلائی سے تھام کر جھٹکے سے کھڑا گر دیا۔
“زبان کے ساتھ ساتھ آنکھوں نے بھی کام کرنا بند کر دیا ہے کیا ؟ ” زمان نے دبی دبی سے آواز میں کہا۔ اگرچہ آواز رعب دار اور ٹھہری ہوئی تھی لیکن اس میں موجود تمسخر وہ خوب سمجھ گئی تھی۔ زیمل نے اسکی گرفت سے اپنی کلائی چھڑوائی اور جواب دیے بغیر، سر جھٹک کر آگے چلی گئی۔ سارا کی رخصتی کا وقت ہو گیا تھا۔ اور پھپھو کی باتوں سے وہ پہلے ہی بہت تنگ آ چکی تھی، پھر وہ سب زمان نے سن بھی لیا تھا، بھاڑ میں جائے اگر سن بھی لیا تھا تو۔ اب وہ زمان سے بحث کر کے اپنا موڈ مذید خراب نہیں کرنا چاہتی تھی۔
