ترجمہ:
”اللہ آسمانوں اور زمینوں کا نور ہے اس کے نور کی مثال یوں جسے ایک طاق میں ایک چراغ (رکھا) ہو (وہ) چراغ (شیشے کے) ایک فانوس میں ہو (وہ)فانوس گویا موتی کی طرح ایک چمکتا ہوا تارا ہے وہ(چراغ) زیتون کے ایسے مبارک درخت کے تیل سےروشن کیا جاتا ہے جو نہ شرقی ہے نہ غربی قریب ہے کہ اس کا تیل اپنے آپ ہی روشن ہو جائے اگرچہ اسے آگ نہ بھی چھوئے یہ نور پر نور ہے اللہ جسے چاہتا ہے اپنے نور کی طرف رہنمائی فرماتا ہے اور اللہ لوگوں کے لیے مثالیں بیان فرماتا ہے اور اللہ ہر شے کو خوب جاننے والا ہے۔“( آیت ٣٥)
وہ بہت انہماک سے آیت کا ترجمہ کر رہی تھی اس کی آواز اِس پر نور ماحول کو راحت بخش رہی تھی۔
حارث مبہو ت سا اُسے سن رہا تھا اس نے سورۃ مکمل کی تو حارث اس کے پاس چلا آیا۔
”ماشاءاللہ! واہ بھٸی میری بہن کی آواز تو بہت پُرکشش ہے ویسے ایک بات ہے تم بالکل اس خوبصورت ماحول کا حصہ لگ رہے ہو۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔“
حارث نے اس سے کہا۔
جس پر وہ مسکرا دی۔
”بھائی ہم اللہ کا کلام پڑھتے ہیں تو ہماری آواز خود باخود پُرکشش اور پیاری ہو جاتی ہے یہ کلام ایسا ہے کہ کوئی سنے یا اِسے پڑھے دل کو سکون ہی بخشتا ہے۔۔۔“ اس نے کہا۔

”نور دیکھ کون آیا ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔“ شازیہ بیگم نور کو دیکھ خوشی سے بولی تھی۔
شازیہ بیگم کی نظروں کے تعاقب میں جب اس شخص نے پیچھے مڑ کر دیکھا تو وہ فورا اپنی جگہ سے کھڑا ہوا تھا۔
جبکہ نور اس شخص کو دیکھ اپنے جگہ ساکت ہوئی تھی۔
”دیکھ نور میں کہتی تھی نا حاشر آئے گا دیکھ میرا حاشر آگیا تیرا باپ آگیا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔“ شازیہ بیگم نے خوشی سے نم آواز میں کہا۔
جس پر سب کی ہی متفکر نظر نور پر ٹھہری تھی۔
جب کہ نور کی آنکھوں سے ایک موتی اس کے رخساروں سے لڑکھڑاتا ہوا زمین بوس ہوا تھا۔
حاشر صاحب نے نور کی طرف بڑھنا چاہا جب نور نے ہاتھ کھڑا کرتے وہیں روکا تھا جس پر انہوں نے بے بسی سے نور کو دیکھا اور نور کے چہرے پہ استہزائیہ مسکراہٹ آئی تھی۔
”دادی آپ کو کوئی غلط فہمی ہوئی ہے صرف آپ کا بیٹا آیا ہے میرا باپ نہیں میں تو بہت سال پہلے یتیم ہو گئی تھی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔“ نور نے خود پر ضبط کیے سپاٹ لہجے میں کہا۔
نور کے الفاظ تھے یہ کھ نجڑ حاشر صاحب کا سینہ چیڑ گئے۔ جبکہ اس کی بات پر سب اپنی جگہ ٹھہر سے گئے تھے۔
نور ایک نظر سب کو دیکھتے اپنے کمرے کی طرف بڑی تھی جب اسفند نے اسے پکارا تھا۔
” نور !۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔“
”اسفند نے ابھی کسی سے کوئی بات نہیں کرنا چاہتی مجھے کوئی ڈسٹرب نہ کرے پلیز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔“
