وہ سر جھکا کر اپنی سپیچ پڑھ رہی تھی جب کسی کی نظروں کی تپش کے احساس سےسر اٹھا کر دیکھا وہ ذیادہ دیر نہیں دیکھ سکی۔ثمار سینے پہ ہاتھ باندھے بہت فرصت سے اسے دیکھ رہا تھا۔
کچھ دیر دونوں میں خاموشی رہی۔
“کیسی ہو ؟؟” آج بھی اس خاموشی کو ثمار کی آواز نے توڑا تھا۔
“ٹھیک ہوں!” وہ آہستہ آواز میں بولی۔
“آج تم بہت خوبصورت لگ رہی ہو ! “وہ سرخ ہوئی اس کا جھکا ہوا سر کچھ اور بھی جھک گیا تھا -یہ پہلا موقع تھا جب ثمار نے اس کی تعریف کی تھی۔
“وائٹ کلر بہت سوٹ کرتا ہے تمہیں آج پہلی بار پہنا ہے یا میں نے ہی آج نوٹ کیا ہے !!” وہ سر کھجاتے ہوئے شرارت سے بولا۔
آئرہ نے ناراضگی سے اسے دیکھا۔
ثمار نے بھنویں اچکاتے ہوئے سوالیہ انداز میں دیکھا۔
“میری سپیچ ہے آپ مجھے کنفیوز نا کریں۔”
“میں نے کیا کیا ہے یار ! میں تو بس تعریف کر رہا ہوں !! “وہ مسکراہٹ دباتے ہوئے بولا۔
“ایک سال ہو گیا ہے ہمارے نکاح کو کبھی کبھی تو موقع ملتا ہے تمہاری تعریف کرنے کا !!! “وہ شرارت کہہ رہا تھا۔
وہ اب بھی کچھ نہیں بولی خاموشی سے سر جھکائے بیٹھی تھی۔
“تمہاری ساس تم سے ملنا چاہتی ہیں، کہہ رہی تھیں بہت اداس ہو گئی ہیں تم سے !!!” وہ مسکراہٹ دباتے ہوئے کہہ رہا تھا۔
