“شیرازی صاحب آپ کو یاد ہے کہ چند مہینوں پہلے میڈیا پر ایک ویڈیو وائرل ہوئی تھی جس میں ایک لڑکے نے خود کو آپ کا بیٹا کہا تھا؟”

اس سوال پر ان کی رنگت اڑ چکی تھی۔

” تت۔۔ تم کس ویڈیو کی بات کر رہے ہو۔ میری یادداشت میں ایسی  کوئی ویڈیو نہیں ہے؟”

ان کے ہکلانے کا وقت شروع ہو چکا تھا۔

“اگر آپ کو یاد نہیں پڑتا تو میں آپ کو یاد کروائے دیتا ہوں کہ آپ کا ایک اور بیٹا ہے جس کا نام زین شیرازی ہے جو آپ کی پرانی محبوبہ سمینہ بٹ کا بھی بیٹا ہے۔۔۔ ویسے آپ دونوں کی شادی کب ہوئی تھی۔ سمینہ بٹ نے اطلاع نہیں دی اور نہ ہی آپ نے؟؟”

میں انجان بنتے ہوئے ان کے تاثرات سے لطف اندوز ہو رہا تھا۔ مجھے مزا آرہا تھا۔ شیرازی صاحب کی بینڈ بجنا شروع ہو چکی تھی۔ ان کا چہرہ پسینے سے تر ہو رہا تھا۔ انہوں نے ٹائی کی ناٹ ڈھیلی کی۔ شاید ان کو سانس لینے میں دشواری کا سامنا کرنا پڑ رہا تھا۔

“آپ کی جانب سے مستقل خاموشی ہے۔ کیا میں اپنے سوال کا جواب یہ سمجھوں کہ آپ دونوں کے درمیان شادی ہی نہیں ہوئی تھی؟”

“وہ میرا بیٹا نہیں ہے۔”

وہ ضبط سے بولے ورنہ ان کی آنکھیں مجھے سالم نگلنے کو بےتاب تھیں۔

“کوئی ثبوت ہے آپ کے پاس ان گھٹیا الزامات کا؟”

“ارسلان آفریدی ثبوت کے بغیر کوئی بات نہیں کرتا۔ ثبوت ہے آپ کی اور آپ کے بیٹے کی ڈی این اے ٹیسٹنگ رپورٹ جو کہ 95 پرسنٹ پوزیٹو ہے۔”

میں ایک ایک لفظ چبا کر بولا۔

“آپ میری انسلٹ کر رہے ہیں۔”

اپنے ہاتھ میں پکڑی رپورٹ پر نظریں دوڑائے بغیر انہوں چہرے پر بمشکل مسکراہٹ قائم رکھتے ہوئے کہا لیکن چہرے کے برعکس ان کی نظریں آگ اگل رہی تھیں۔

” آپ کی انسلٹ کرنے والا میں نہیں آپ خود ہیں، آپ کے کرتوت ہیں۔ انسان وہی کاٹتا ہے شیرازی صاحب جو وہ بوتا ہے۔” میں نے اپنی بات دہرائی جو میں نے ان سے اپنی پہلی ملاقات پر کہی تھی۔

“ہاں جی تو ناظرین اب وقت ہوتا ہے ایک چھوٹے سے بریک کا۔ پھر ملتے ہیں۔”

میں نے بریک کا کہا کیونکہ میری پیچھے اسٹوڈیو میں طوفان برپا ہوچکا تھا۔ شیرازی کے بیٹے کے ذکر پہ جو ہلچل شروع ہوئی تھی وہ صدیقی صاحب کے آجانے پہ بھی نہیں تھمی تھی۔ اب مجھے مستقل بریک لینے کی ہدایات موصول ہورہی تھیں۔

“بریک کی ضرورت نہیں کیونکہ مجھے ارجنٹ کام ہے۔ میرے پاس صرف آدھے گھنٹے کی فراغت تھی.ل اور وہ آدھا گھنٹہ میں آپ کو دے چکا ہوں تو اب میں چلتا ہوں۔”

وہ سکون سے گویا ہوۓ لیکن یہ سکون آگے آنے والے طوفان کی پیش گوئی تھا۔

“چلیں شیرازی صاحب آپ کی خواہش کا احترام کرتے ہوئے میں آج کا پروگرام یہیں ختم کرتا ہوں۔ وہ الگ بات ہے کہ مجھے آپ سے ابھی مزید کئی سوالات پوچھنے تھے۔”

میں نے آخر میں بھی ان کو جتانا ضروری سمجھا کہ ابھی تو میں آپ کو چھوڑ رہا ہوں لیکن اگلی دفعہ باندھ کے رکھوں گا۔ جب کہ وہ مجھ سے ہاتھ ملاتے ہوئے اپنی آنکھوں سے مجھے بہت کچھ باور کرواتے ہوئے وہاں سے واک آؤٹ کر چکے تھے۔ اب انہیں باہر بے شمار رپورٹرز کا سامنا کرنا پڑے گا۔ بے شمار سوالات ان کے سامنے رکھے جائیں گے، جن کے جواب یقیناً ان کے پاس نہیں ہوں گے۔ ظاہر ہے جھوٹ بولنا جتنا آسان ہے سچ بولنا اتنا ہی مشکل۔
