” وہ برتن میں پہلے ہی ٹھیک سے رکھ چکا ہوں اب تو ان کی کونسی ماں کو ٹھیک کر رہا ہے؟ ” تلال سارے برتنوں کر دھو کر مڑا اور سمی کو گھورتے ہوئے بولا۔
” وہ ذرا سی ہل گئی تھی پلیٹ میں نے سوچا ٹھیک کر دوں۔ پرفیکشن ہونی چاہیئے ہر چیز میں۔ ” سمی گڑبڑایا اور فوراً جواب بناتا ہوا بولا۔
” ادھر آکر کام کروا پرفیکشن کا کچھ لگتا۔ ” واجد نے تلال کے کچھ کہنے سے اسے پہلے کہا تھا۔ واجد کو گھر پر بھی کام کرنا پڑتا تھا اور ادھر آکر بھی۔
” یہ کام تم لوگوں کو مبارک مجھے کھانے پر بلایا ہے یا ماسی بننے کیلئے۔ تم تینوں کے اندر کی عورتیں جاگی ہوئی ہیں میرے اندر کوئی عورت ہے ہی نہیں تو میں کہاں سے جگاؤں۔ چلو شاباش اپنا اپنا کام کرو زیادہ زبان نہ چلاؤ میں دیکھ رہا ہوں سب کو کون کام چوری کر رہا ہے کون نہیں۔۔۔ نمبر کاٹوں گا میں کام چوری کے۔ ” سمی بولتا ہوا کچن میں پڑی کرسی دھکیلتا ہوا اس پر بیٹھنے ہی لگا تھا کہ اچانک ہی زمین پر دھڑام سے گرا۔ رابیل اور آیت نے تو حیرانی سے یہ منظر دیکھا تھا جبکہ سیلینہ کا قہقہہ پورے اپارٹمنٹ میں گونجا تھا۔
تلال کرسی پکڑے، کرسی پر تھوڑا سا جھک کر سمی کی طرف ہی دیکھ رہا تھا۔ وہ اس کے بیٹھنے سے پہلے ہی کرسی پیچھے کھینچ چکا تھا۔ سمی اپنی کمر کو سہلاتے ہوئے غصے سے تلال کو دیکھ رہا تھا۔
” کوئی ابھی کہہ رہا تھا اس کے اندر کا مرد جاگا ہوا ہے۔ مرد کو تو درد نہیں ہوتا ناں۔۔۔ چل شاباش آٹھ اور چپ کر کے کام کروا ورنہ بھوکا ہی گھر جائے گا۔ ” تلال ابرو سکیڑتا طنزیہ مخاطب ہوا تھا۔
” ہاں ہاں تم سب نے آج مجھے یہاں سے ہسپتال پہنچانے کا پروگرام بنایا ہوا ہے۔ سمجھ گیا ہوں میں اللہ پوچھے گا تم سب کو ایک مسکین پر ظلم ڈھاتے ہو قیامت کے دن تجھے تیری گردن سے ہی پکڑوں گا اور اپنے ساتھ جہنم میں لے کر جاؤں گا۔ ” سمی اپنی کمر سہلاتا کھڑا ہوا اور ہادی کے ساتھ ہانڈی میں چمچ مارنے لگا۔
” ہاں تجھے خود پہلے ہی پتا ہے جنت کے قریب تجھ جیسی چیز کو پھٹکنے بھی نہیں دیں گے۔ ” تلال پھر سے اسے چڑھاتے ہوئے بولا جس پر سمی نے اسے بس گھورا ہی تھا اور واپس کام میں مصروف ہوگیا۔
” ہمارا چھوڑا کسی چھوڑی سے کم ہے کے؟ ” واجد نے سمی کو دیکھتے ہوئے بات میں اپنا حصہ بھی ڈالا تو سب ہنس دیئے۔ جبکہ سمی نے ایک ٹماٹر اٹھا کر واجد کو دے مارا جو واجد نے کیچ کرلیا تھا۔
