“ویسے بھی ابھی بوس نے پولیس سے بات کی ہے جب تک ہم ان سب کے سارے آرگنز نہ نکال لیں وہ یہاں نہیں آ سکتے۔ آخر کو انکو بھی تو اپنا حصہ چاہیے ۔ آخر میں لہجہ تمسخرانہ تھا۔ صاف ظاہر ہو رہا تھا کہ انکی نظروں میں پولیس کی کوئ اوقات نہیں ہے۔”
“لیکن میں ابھی بھی یہ سوچتا ہوں کہ آخر مسلمان اپنا ایمان کیسے بیچ سکتا ہے؟ ہم تو غیر مسلم ہیں لیکن مسلمان اگر ایسے ہیں تو میں خوش ہوں کہ میں مسلمان نہیں ۔ ان میں سے ایک شخص بولا ۔”
“پیسے کی لالچ ہے آج ان سب مسلمانوں میں ۔ یہ چاہتے ہیں کہ ان کے پاس سب سے زیادہ ہو اور ہر کوئ ان کا محتاج رہے اور اس طرح انکی جھوٹی عزت کو مزید چار چاند لگ جائیں ۔ لہجے میں مسلمانوں کے لیے واضح طنز اور حقارت تھا۔جو کہ الماری کے پیچھے آحل اور آلیار نے بخوبی محسوس کیا ۔”
۔( پچھلی تمام انبیاء کی قوم میں صرف ایک برائ موجود تھی اور انکو تباہ کر دیا گیا جبکہ امت مسلمہ میں ان تمام قوموں کی برائیاں موجود ہیں لیکن یہ پھر بھی اس غلط فہمی میں ہیں کہ چونکہ یہ آپ صلوت سلام علیہ السلام کی امت ہیں تو یہ کنفرم جنتی ہیں۔ اور اسی بھول میں یہ قوم اخلاقی پستی کو چھو رہی ہے۔)
وہ آدمی تو اب جا چکے تھے لیکن ان اپنی باتوں سے دو نفوس کو شرمندگی کی انتہاؤں پر پہنچا چکے تھے ۔
اگر آج ہر شخص اپنی اصلاح کرنے کی کوشش کرے تواس معاشرے کو صحیح کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ لیکن اگر آپ یہ سوچتے ہو کہ آپ پوری دنیا کو ٹھیک کر سکتے ہو تو یہاں پر آپ غلطی پر ہو پھر چاہے آپ جتنے مرضی بڑے عالم ہی کیوں نہ ہو ۔

کل تک میں چالاک تھا تو دنیا کو بدلنا چاہتا تھا لیکن آج میں عقلمند ہوں تو خود کو بدلنا چاہتا ہوں۔
