“کمانڈر حاشر آیا تھا ۔۔ کیا اس سے ایسے کسی معاملے پر بات ہوئی ہے ؟کیا تم دونوں کے درمیان کوئی اور تعلق ہے ؟کام کے علاوہ”وہ فوراً مدعے پر آئے۔
“براہ راست بات نہیں ہوئی ڈیڈ! لیکن اب معاملہ یقیناً پہلے جیسا نہیں ہے ۔۔مجھے ایک غلط فہمی ہوگئی تھی ۔۔”
“کیسی غلط فہمی ؟” اب کے طوبیٰ کی ماں فکرمندی سے پوچھنے لگیں۔ابراہیم نے بھی اخبار ایک طرف رکھ دیا۔
“میں ابھی تفصیلات نہیں بتاسکتی۔۔کمانڈر حاشر نے کہا وہ اگلی دفعہ یہاں اکیلے نہیں آئیں گے ۔۔” وہ چمکتی آنکھیں دمکتی رنگت لیے باپ کی طرف دیکھ رہی تھی۔عزیز خان نے اس کی بات پر سر خم دیا۔ “That’s great!”
