لیکن اس کہانی میں موجود جو مرد کے کردار ہیں وہ ہم سب کو کہیں نہ کہیں حقیقت میں ملتے ہیں کبھی اپنے والد کی صورت میں ہمیں وہ مرد ملتا ہے جو ہمیں ہم سے بھی زیادہ سپورٹ کرتا ہے اور کبھی بھائی تو کبھی شوہر کی صورت ۔ اس لیے اس کہانی کا انتساب بھی انہی مردوں کے نام ہے۔ جو لوگ مجھے فیمینسٹ کہتے ہیں نا انہیں میری لکھی گئی یہ کہانی لازمی پڑھنی چاہیے اگر کہانی نہیں تو کم از کم انتساب ہی پڑھ لیں۔

” زندگی اس طرح سے یو ٹرن بھی لے سکتی ہے میں کبھی سوچ بھی نہیں سکتا تھا۔ مطلب کہ حد نہیں ہو گئی؟ کہ اگر بندے نے کہہ ہی دیا کہ میں اسکی حفاظت کروں گا تو یہ بات کہاں کو گئی کہ پکڑ کے نکاح ہی پڑھوا دو ۔ اب بندہ پوچھے ایک آرمی افسر پتا نہیں کتنے مرد و خواتین کی حفاظت کرتا ہے اب کیا وہ تمام خواتین سے نکاح پڑھ لے؟” وہ مسلسل یہ سب سوچ رہا تھا اور اسی طرح سوچتے ہوئے گاڑی بھی چلا رہا تھا۔
رات کے وقت وہ سنسان سی گلیوں میں گاڑی چلا رہا تھا اور دماغ میں مسلسل اسکے ابھی کچھ دیر پہلے ہونے والے واقعے کی فلم چل رہی تھی کہ کس طرح اس کا ایمرجنسی نکاح کروادیا گیا تھا اور نکاح کروانے والا کوئی اور نہیں بلکہ وہ ہستیاں تھیں جن کی وہ بہت عزت بھی کرتا تھا۔ اب گاڑی ایک بڑی سڑک پر آ چکی تھی اور وہ گاڑی چلاتا چلاتا گاہے بگاہے اپنی برابر والی سیٹ پر بھی نگاہ دوڑا لیتا ۔ جہاں اسکی بیوی سب کچھ فراموش کیے خواب خرگوش کے مزے لے رہی تھی ۔ اسکو اتنا پرسکون سوتا دیکھ کر اسکو مزید چڑ ہو رہی تھی کہ
“ کتنی عجیب لڑکی ہے ۔ مطلب کہ ایک اجنبی شخص کے ساتھ گاڑی میں بیٹھ کر خواب خرگوش کے مزے لے رہی ہے جبکہ اسکو بالکل چوکس ہونا چاہیے ۔” یہ کہتے ہوئے اس نے بھنویں آپس میں ملائیں اور بہت برا منہ کا زاویہ بنایا ۔
“ میں کتنی عجیب ہوں اس کا علم نہیں مجھے ، ہاں مگر اب اتنی بھی بیوقوف نہیں ہوں کہ اپنے شوہر کے ساتھ جاتے ہوئے خود کو غیر محفوظ محسوس کروں اور پلیز اب اپنی یہ بڑبڑاہٹ ذرہ بند کرلو ۔” آخری جملہ کہہ کر اس نے پھر سے آنکھیں بند کر لیں اور گاڑی کی سیٹ پر اپنا سر پھر سے ٹکا دیا جبکہ اس قدر اچانک جوابی کارروائی پر مقابل کو حقیقت میں جھٹکا لگا کیونکہ ” ابھی تو وہ سوئی ہوئی تھی پھر اٹھ کیسے گئی؟ اور اگر اٹھ بھی گئی تو کیا اسکی بڑبڑاہٹ اتںا اونچا تھی کہ اسکو سنائی دے گئی؟” اپنی اس سوچ کو پس پشت ڈالتے ہوئے اس نے کہا تو بس اتنا۔
“ تم سوئی ہوئی نہیں تھی؟” داہم نے اب کہ اسکی طرف دیکھ کر سوال کیا ۔
گولڈن حجاب اور میچنگ نقاب میں بس اسکی ہلکی بھوری آنکھیں ہی واضح تھیں ۔ رسٹ کلر کے لمبے فراک میں ملبوس وہ اسکو کافی سیدھی اور معصوم لگی تھی۔
“ ہاں بھی اور نہ بھی۔” اس کے اس قدر نا فہم جواب پر اس نے اسکو گھورا جیسے کہہ رہا ہو ” کہ اس بات کا مطلب ؟” اور مقابل کے تاثرات دیکھنے کے بعد اب کہ حور نے جواب دیا۔
“ مطلب یہ کہ میں ابھی بات کرنا نہیں چاہتی تھی اس لیے سوچا تھوڑی دیر سو جاتی ہوں لیکن یہ جو تم بار بار بار واضح بڑبڑاہٹ کر رہے ہو اس سے کس کو نیند آئے گی؟” اب کہ اس نے سوال داغا جبکہ مقابل تھوڑا سا خجل ہوا اور سوچا ‘ کیا واقعی اس نے ساری بڑبڑاہٹ سن لی؟
اگر سن بھی لی تو مجھے کیا؟ میں نے تو سچ بولا تھا۔ اب سچ بولنے پر کوئی پابندی تو نہیں ہے نہ۔’ ابھی وہ یہ سوچ ہی رہا تھا کہ پھر سے دماغ نے کہا۔’ ہاں سچ بولنے پر پابندی نہیں ہے لیکن سچ کو معقول انداز میں بولنا چاہیے ۔’ لیکن ابھی اس نے دماغ کی سوچ کو پھر سے لگام ڈالا اور پھر جواب دیا۔
