“کیا تم نے اپنی تصویریں کسی کو بھیجی تھیں ھدیٰ ؟ یاد کرو میری جان.”
” م میں نے تو صرف فری کو بھیجی تھیں ماں۔” ھدیٰ نے ہچکیوں کے درمیان اپنی بچپن کی دوست کا نام لیا تھا۔
“آہ ھدیٰ۔۔۔۔۔۔ میری جان تم نے یہی تو غلطی کر دی۔۔۔۔۔۔ تمہیں کسی کو بھی اپنی تصویریں نہیں بھیجنی چاہیے تھیں۔ کیونکہ ہمیں کسی کی بھی نیت کا پتا نہیں ہوتا میری بچی پھر چاہے اس کے ساتھ ہمارا صدیوں کا ہی ساتھ کیوں نا ہو۔ جب ہم اللہ کے ساتھ کوئی عہد باندھتے ہیں اور اس کے کسی حکم پر سر تسلیمِ خم کرتے ہیں نا ھدیٰ تو ہمارا ہر عمل اسی کے مطابق ہونا چاہیے۔ ایک زرا سی کوتاہی سب برباد کر دیتی ہے۔ لیکن دیکھو، جو ہونا تھا وہ تو ہوگیا، اب اٹھو اور اللہ سے معافی مانگو۔ دیکھو نماز کا ٹائم ہوگیا ہے۔ اللہ کا بلاوہ آیا ہے۔ اٹھو میرا بچہ۔”
“لیکن ماں، میں اب اللّٰہ کا سامنا کیسے کروں گی، وہ مجھ سے بہت ناراض ہوگا، وہ مجھے معاف نہیں کرے گا ماں۔” اپنے رب کی ناراضگی کا سوچتے ایک دفع پھر اس کی ہچکیاں بندھ گئی تھیں۔
