We meet individuals grappling with loneliness, economic hardship, societal pressures, and the everyday struggles of navigating a world that often feels indifferent. Riaz masterfully crafts each character, giving them distinct voices and compelling backstories that resonate with readers on a deeply personal level. From a young woman struggling to balance her dreams with familial obligations to an elderly man haunted by memories of the past, *Subway* paints a vivid portrait of the human condition within the steel and concrete veins of the city. The *Urdu novel* moves beyond simple storytelling; it’s a thought-provoking meditation on the complexities of urban existence and the universal yearning for belonging.

Short Scene of Subway by Rimsha Riaz
