” اپنے آپ کو ڈھکنے کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہے بی بی۔۔ تم میری ہو سر سے لے کر پاؤں تک۔
۔بہت جلد تم نے اس پھٹیچر ڈبے سے اپنے عالیشان بنگلے پر لے جاؤں گا۔”
یہ کہتے ہوئے وہ اس کی طرف بڑھا تو میرال ایک دم ڈر کے پیچھے ہٹی جس پر وہ ایک قہقہہ لگا کر ہنسنے لگا۔
” ایک دفعہ ہاتھ تو آؤ سارے ڈر نکال دوں گا۔” وہ اس کی خوبصورت آنکھوں میں دیکھتے ہوئے بولا۔
” پلیز آپ چلے جائیں یہاں سے، مجھے اس طرح کی باتیں پسند نہیں ہیں۔”
چہرے پر ناگواری ہی ناگواری تھی جس پر بہزاد خان کو غصہ تو
بہت آیا لیکن وہ غصہ کر کے اپنا کام خراب نہیں کرنا چاہتا تھا۔
” سوچنے کا ٹائم دے رہا ہوں ۔۔۔ کل میں اپنے آدمی کو بھیجوں گا۔۔۔
اس کے ساتھ میرے بنگلے پر آجانا۔۔۔ کیونکہ بہزاد خان کو اس طرح کے گھر کے سامنے بار بار آن
ا اپنی توہین محسوس ہوتا ہے۔”وہ اس کے گھر کی طرف دیکھ کر حقارت سے بولا۔
” پلیز آپ جائیں یہاں سے۔” وہ چیخ کر بولی۔
” اپنے اوپر چیخنے والوں کی زبان کھینچ سکتا ہوں لڑکی۔۔۔
لیکن تمہاری بےپناہ خوبصورتی کی وجہ سے تمہیں ابھی چھوڑ رہا ہوں۔”
یہ کہہ کر وہ اس پر ایک بھرپور نگاہ ڈال کر اپنی گاڑی کی جانب بڑھا۔
اور رستم کو دور سے ہی اشارہ کیا جو اپنے مالک کے اشارے کا ہی منتظر تھا
۔ جبکہ میرال نے جلدی جلدی دروازہ بند کر دیا۔ اس کی سانس دھونکنی
کی طرح چل ر ہی تھی۔ زندگی میں اس نے کبھی اتنا خوف محسوس نہیں کیا تھا جتنا وہ اب کر رہی تھی۔
” یا اللہ میری عزت کی حفاظت کرنا۔”بے ساختہ ہی یہ کلمات
زبان سے ادا ہوئے۔ وہ سارا دن پریشان رہی کہ وہ لالہ کو بتائے کہ نہ بتائے۔لیکن لالہ کو بتانے کی اس کی ہمت نہ ہو سکی۔
