ضروری نہیں ہوتا کہ ہر محبت ظاہر ہو، کچھ محبت کرنے والوں سے اظہار نہیں کیا جاتا ہے۔ لیکن اس کا مطلب ہرگز یہ نہیں کہ وہ ہم سے پیار نہیں کرتے ہیں۔ صرف آپ کے اپنے ہی آپ کو چاہنے کے لیے ہوتے ہیں۔ اُن کے لہجے کی کڑواہٹ ہرگز اس بات کا ثبوت نہیں ہوتی کہ وہ ہم سے نفرت کرتے ہیں یا انھیں ہم سے کوئی لگاؤ نہیں ہے۔ انسانوں کو سمجھنا سیکھیں نہ کہ اپنے دلوں میں اُن کے لیے نفرت پیدا کریں۔

امی میرا باہر جانے کو دل کر رہا ہے، بس تھوڑی دیر کے لیے پلیز۔۔۔۔۔” وہ اپنے کمرے میں کرسی پر بیٹھی کھڑکی سے باہر دیکھتے ہوئے بولی تھی۔ اس قدر وہ باہر کی آوازوں میں کھو چکی تھی کہ اُس کے ہاتھ سے بےدھیانی میں قلم چھوٹ گیا تھا۔ وہ پلکیں جھپکتے بغیر آنکھوں میں منظر کو اور دل میں آوازوں کو اُتار رہی تھی۔ رضیہ بیگم جو کہ پیچھے کی جانب رکھے گئے صوفے پر بیٹھی موبائل استعمال کر رہی تھیں۔
“نہیں ادھر ہی بیٹھی رہو، سنائی نہیں دے رہا کہ باہر طوفان آیا ہوا ہے، آندھی چل رہی ہے باہر کیسے جاؤ گی۔” وہ موبائل سے نظریں اٹھائے اُس کی طرف سامنے کی جانب دیکھ رہی تھیں۔ فاطمہ جو کہ کھڑکی پر نظریں جمائے بیٹھی تھی۔
“جو طوفان میرے اندر ہے اُس کا شور تو آپ نہیں سن سکتی، ان آوازوں کو میں اپنے اندر موجود طوفان کی گرفت میں لینا چاہتی ہوں۔” کھڑکی سے باہر دیکھتے ہوئے وہ آہستہ سے بولی تھی۔
