علشبہ لمبے لمبے قدم اٹھاتی ہوئی دکان کی جانب بڑھ گئی۔۔
ایمان اِردگِرد کا جائزہ لینے لگی، سامنے ہی خالی پلاٹ تھا، جس کی صرف چار دیواری ہی تھی، گھر تھوڑے دور بنے ہوئے تھے،” یہ پارک کے سامنے کی جگہ تھی۔ ایمان کو وہاں کھڑے ابھی پانچ منٹ ہی گزرے ہونگے جب کسی نے اس کے پیچھے آکر منہ پر ہاتھ رکھا، اس نے پہلے تو سمجھا علشبہ ہے مذاق کر رہی ہوگی، لیکن جب اس نے اس کے ہاتھ میں موٹی گھڑی محسوس کی تو اسے معلوم ہوا، یہ کسی مرد کا بھاری بھرکم ہاتھ ہے، اس نے ہاتھ دور کرنا چاہا، لیکن آدمی کے ہاتھ میں زیادہ طاقت تھی۔ وہ اسے گھسیٹتا ہوا سامنے خالی پلاٹ میں لے گیا۔
ایمان نے اس کے سیدھے ہاتھ پر زور سے اپنے دانت گاڑھے اور دور ہوکر چلانے لگی۔
علشبہ!۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ بابا۔۔۔۔۔۔
علشبہ جو چپس لے کر آرہی تھی، ایمان کی آواز پر اس نے اپنی نظریں سامنے کی طرف کیں، وہ جہاں ایمان کو چھوڑ کر گئی تھی ایمان وہاں پر نہیں تھی، وہ بھاگتی ہوئی اسی جگہ پر آئی اس نے دیکھا ایمان کا بیگ نیچے گرا ہوا ہے۔
علشبہ! ایک بار پھر اپنے نام کی پکار پر وہ اسی طرف گئی جہاں سے آواز آرہی تھی۔ اس کے قدم پلاٹ کے سامنے ُرکے ، اس نے وہاں پر دیکھا تو اسے اپنے پاؤں کے نیچے سے زمین نکلتی ہوئی محسوس ہوئی۔
ان کے پڑوسی طارق انکل ایمان کے دونوں بازوں پکڑنے کی کوشش کر رہے تھے۔۔۔
اسے پہلے تو کچھ سمجھ نہیں آیا، سمجھ آنے پر وہ بھاگتی ہوئی دوبارہ وآپس گئی اور دکان والے انکل اور کچھ دوسرے آدمیوں کو اپنے ساتھ آنے کی منت کی۔
وہ سب اس کے ساتھ آئے اور طارق پر لاتوں اور مکوں کی برسات شروع کردی۔
ایک آدمی نے ایمان کی حالت کے پیشِ نظر علشبہ سے ان کے گھر کا ایڈریس پوچھا اور ان کے ساتھ گھر کی طرف گیا۔
ایمان تھر تھر کانپ رہی تھی۔
ایمان تم ٹھیک ہو؟ وہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔ وہ طارق انکل کیا کر رہے تھے، علشبہ نے ڈرتے ہوئے پوچھا۔
سب تمہاری وجہ سے ہوا ہے کیوں مجھے چھوڑ کر تم وہاں گئی، اگر وہ میرے ساتھ کچھ کر دیتا تو۔۔۔۔۔ اس نے مجھے یہاں چھوا یہاں ایمان روتے ہوئے اسے اپنی گردن اور بازوں پر اشارہ کرتے ہوئ بتا رہی تھی۔
جیسے ہی ان کا گھر آیا، وہ آدمی سمیت دونوں ُرک گئیں۔ آدمی نے ان کے ساتھ جانا چاہا لیکن علشبہ نے اسے اندر آنے سے منع کردیا۔
کیونکہ شام میں جب وہ ایمان کو کوچنگ کے لیے لینے آئی تھی تب ان کے گھر مہمان آئے ہوئے تھے اس نے سوچا ایمان کو سمجھائے گی ابھی کسی کو کچھ مت بتائے لیکن اس سے پہلے ہی ایمان بھاگتی ہوئی گھر کے اندر داخل ہوگئی۔۔”
