مشعل کی زبان اس کا ساتھ نہیں دے رہی تھی۔ اس نے غصے بھری نظروں سے مشعل کو دیکھا خوف اس کی آنکھوں سے صاف واضح تھا وہ انتہائی غصے میں بولا:
“جاؤ یہاں سے”
وہ سہمی ہوئی بولی:
“بھائی آپ کو ہوا کیا ہے”
وہ غصے سے مگر آہستہ سے بولا ” جاؤ یہاں سے”
مشعل: ” پر بھائی”
اس نے کھڑکی کے پاس رکھے ہوئے گلدان کو اٹھا کر زور سے نیچے پھینکا جس پر وہ اٹکتے اٹکتے بولی: ” ججج جا رہی ہوں میں۔۔۔۔ جا رہی ہوں میں” یہ کہتے ہی وہ فورآ سے باہر آ گئی اور باہر آتے ہی بولی: ” اففف بھائی کے ڈرامے”
” یہاں کیا کر رہی ہو “
مشعل: ” بھائی میں بس ایسے ہی آئی تھی نہیں آ سکتی کیا “
سنی حیران تھا مشعل کی اس جرآت پر وہ سر کھجاتے ہوئے بولا:
” ہاں نہیں آ سکتی۔۔۔ جاؤ یہاں سے”
مشعل حیرت سے:
” کیوں۔۔۔۔۔ کیوں نہیں آ سکتی”
سنی: ” تم جا رہی ہو یا میں نکالوں”
مشعل زد کرتے ہوئے:
” میں نہیں جا رہی”
سنی اس کے پاس آ کر بولا:
” اٹھو۔۔۔۔ اٹھو”
مشعل کھڑی ہوتے ہوئے:
” پر بھائی”
مشعل کی بات ابھی ادھوری ہی تھی کہ وہ تیزی سے اس کی طرف بڑھا اور اس کا گلا گھونٹتے ہوئے انتہائی غصے سے بولا:
” تمہیں پتا ہے نا مجھے بالکل نہیں پسند کہ میرے سامنے سے کوئی بولے”
مشعل اپنے آپ کو بچانے کی بہت کوشش کر رہی تھی لیکن سنی کا ہاتھ بہت مضبوط تھا وہ اپنی بات کو جاری رکھتے ہوئے بولا: ” میں زندہ گاڈ دیتا ہوں اس انسان کو جو میرے آگے بولنے کی ہمت کرے سمجھی تم “
