 ” رک جاؤ ۔۔۔۔ رک جاؤ ۔۔۔ رحمان ۔۔۔ میں  نے کہا رک جاؤ ورنہ گولی چل جاۓ گی ۔ “

وہ نہ رکا ۔اسکے ہاتھ کی کپکپاہٹ صاف پتا رہی تھی کہ وہ ہاتھ گولی نہیں چلانا چاہتا ۔

  ”  اگر تم میرے تین تک گننے تک نہ رکے تو تم خود  ذمہدار ہوگے ۔۔۔۔جو بھی ہوگا ۔ “

اسکا گولی چلانے کا کوئ ارادہ نہیں تھا ۔ اسکا مقصد صرف اسے ڈرا کر روکنے کا تھا ۔  ایک۔۔۔۔”  “

اپنی جان بچا کر بھگتا رحمان نہیں رکا ۔   د۔۔۔ دو ۔۔۔ ”  “

 اسکو رکتا نہ دیکھ اسنے فوراً فیصلہ کر  لیا تھا ۔  تین ۔۔۔۔ ”  “

اسنے اسکی ٹانگ کا نشانہ لیا ۔ ہاتھ بے حد کانپ رہے تھے ۔  ٹھک ۔ کی آواز بلند ہوئ ۔ اور درختوں پر آرام کرتے پرندے خوف کے مارے ادھر ادھر اڑنے لگے ۔  پھر اچانک سے ساری دنیا خاموش ہو گئ ۔ نہ کسی کے سانس لینے کی آواز نہ کسی کے دل دھڑکنے کی آواز ۔  گولی چلنے کے باعث رحمان اپنے پورے قد کے ساتھ زمین بوس ہو گیا ۔ اسکے ہاتھ سے ریوالور چھوٹ گیا ۔

اور اسنے  درخت کے پاس اوندھے منہ گرے رحمان کو بے یقینی سے دیکھا ۔ اسکی زمین ساکت ہو گئ ۔ اسکا آسمان برسنے لگا ۔  اسکے رحمان کی طرف قدم بڑھانے سے پہلے ہی وہاں پر کوئ اور آگیا ۔ اور اسکے ہاتھ سے گن چھین لی ۔  “ی ۔۔ یہ ۔ کیا کیا تم نے ؟ ۔۔۔۔ “

 اسکا جسم ساکت ہو گیا ۔  کیا ۔ تم پاگل ہو ؟” دو لوگ رحمان کی طرف بھاگے ۔ ” ” گولی چلانے کی کیا ضرورت تھی ؟ ” دوسرا آدمی اس سے دھڑا دھڑ سوال کر رہا تھا ۔   رحمان کے پاس سے ایک لڑکا آٹھ کر ان کے پاس آیا ۔ اسنے اسکے سینے پر ہاتھ رکھ کر دیکھا تھا ۔  ” “مر گیا بوس .

اور وہاں اسکی ساری زندگی منجمد ہو گئ ۔ اسکی حالت ایسی ہو گئ کہ جسم کاٹو تو خون خشک ہو چکا تھا ۔  اسکی سماعت بند ہو گئ ۔ وہ مر گیا ۔۔۔۔ وہ کیسے مر گیا ؟ ۔۔۔ کیا ٹانگ پر گولی لگنے سے کوئ مر جاتا ہے کیا ؟ ۔۔۔ “م۔۔ میں نے ۔۔ ٹا ۔ ٹانگ ۔پر ۔۔ گو ۔ گولی ماری تھی ؟ “
