کبھی کبھی میرے سینے پر جیسے منوں کا بوجھ محسوس ہوتا ہے۔ اکثر رات کے تین بجے میں شدید گھبراہٹ سے جاگ جاتا ہوں ۔ پھر میرا دل اونچی دھڑکن سے مجھے آواز دیتا ہے ۔ میں لائٹ بند کر کے نہیں سو سکتا ، پھر میں بستر سے اٹھ کر قریبی پارک میں نکل جاتا ہوں ۔ واک کرنے کی نیت سے میں بے ڈھنگے انداز میں ٹریک پر چلتا ہوں ۔ اب تو مجھے پارک کا سیکیورٹی گارڈ بھی جان گیا ہے اور وہ زیادہ استفسار بھی نہیں کرتا مجھ سے ۔
نہیں نا ، آپ چپ نہیں کر سکتے کچھ دیر کے لیے؟
مجھے کوئی فوبیا، کوئی خوف نہیں ہے۔ نہ ہی میں نے اپنی گزری ہوئی زندگی میں کوئی ایسا گناہ کیا ہے کہ پچھتاوے سے مجھے کوئی چبھن ہو۔
