“اللّٰه ہدایت اُسی کو دیتا ہے جسے وہ چاہتا ہے۔”
قرآنِ کریم کا ہر لفظ اپنے اندر بے شمار راز سموئے ہوئے ہے۔ جب انسان اُن رازوں کو سمجھنے کی کوشش کرتا ہے تو اُس کی زندگی بدلنے لگتی ہے۔
“دعائیں کبھی رد نہیں ہوتیں، بلکہ اللہ تعالیٰ اُنہیں بہترین وقت کے لیے محفوظ فرما لیتا ہے۔”
ہدایت صرف ایک اسلامی فکشن ناول نہیں، بلکہ گناہوں سے توبہ، ایمان، صبر، محبت اور اللہ کی طرف لوٹ آنے کے سفر کی کہانی ہے؛ جہاں اندھیروں سے روشنی، جرم سے ایمان، اور نفرت سے محبت تک کا سفر قاری کے دل کو چھو جاتا ہے۔
یہ کہانی ہے ایسے کرداروں کی جنہوں نے ہدایت کے بدلے سیاہی چُن لی، مگر اللہ کسی نہ کسی کو اُن کی زندگیوں میں مسیحا بنا کر بھیجتا ہے تاکہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ انہیں سیدھے راستے یعنی صراطِ مستقیم پر لا سکے اور ان لوگوں کو ہدایت بھی دے سکے۔
اللہ اسی کو ہدایت دیتا ہے جسے وہ دینا چاہتا ہے، وگرنہ اُس پروردگار نے گمراہ لوگوں کو ایمان سے اندھا، گون اور بہرا کر دیا یعنی گمراہ کر دیا۔
وہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ وہ اللہ کے ساتھ مذاق کر رہے ہیں، مگر اصل میں اللہ اُن کے ساتھ مذاق کر رہا ہوتا ہے — مگر وہ لوگ یہ بات نہیں جانتے۔
مرکزی کرداروں کا تعارف:
نور داؤد آفندی: ناول کی مرکزی نسوانی کردار۔ وہ ایک انتہائی باحیا، سلجھی ہوئی، اور عبایہ و حجاب پہننے والی “گریجویٹ” لڑکی ہے۔ وہ صبر، شکر اور محنت پر یقین رکھتی ہے اور بہترین رائیٹنگ اور فیشن ڈیزائننگ اسکلز کی مالک ہے۔

“ہاں امی، آج میرا انٹرویو ہے۔ امی پلیز ان دونوں سے کہیں یہ اپنا ناشتہ ختم کریں، مجھے دیر ہو جائے گی پھر انٹرویو کے لیے۔”
وہ تینو — دو بہنیں اور ایک بھائی تھے۔ سب سے پہلے نور داؤد آفندی، دوسرا حمدان داؤد آفندی، اور سب سے چھوٹی فاطمہ داؤد آفندی، اور ان کی امی نظرین بیگم۔ بابا داؤد آفندی کی وفات آج سے دس سال پہلے ہو چکی تھی۔
