اس کا دل عجیب طرح سے دھڑک رہا تھا۔سوئمنگ ائیریا عبور کر کے وہ قدرے سنسان جگہ پر آئی جہاں اونچے درخت تھے ۔وہ گھاس پر بھاگنے کے سے انداز میں چلتے ہوئے اس جگہ آئی جہاں گھاس تو چھوٹی کٹی تھی پر کنارے پر کلر فل پتھر رکھے گئے تھے اور وہی وجیہہ ساکت پڑی ہوئی تھی۔اس کے چہرے پر مٹی پڑی ہوئی تھی اور گملے کے چند ٹکڑے اس کے چہرے پر پڑے تھے کچھ اس کے سر کے پاس ‘ شیشے کے ٹکڑے بھی پاس بکھرے پڑے تھے۔پیشانی خون آلود تھی ‘بال بھی خون سے گیلے ہوچکے تھے’خون بہہ بہہ کر مٹی چوس رہی تھی اور اس کے پاؤں گرنے کی وجہ سے مڑ گئے تھے۔وانیہ کو لگا وہ اگلا سانس نہیں لے سکے گی۔اس کی کان کی جلن ختم ہوچکی تھی۔اس کے چہرے پر پسینہ تھا اور دل کی دھڑکن اسے کانوں میں سنائی دے رہی تھی۔اس نے آہستہ سے سر اوپر اٹھایا تو ایک چوکورگلاس ریلنگ کا حصہ چکنا چور تھا۔
کانپتی ٹانگوں کو گھسیٹتے وہ وجیہہ کے قریب آئی۔دوسری جانب نور کا برتھ ڈے سلیبریٹ کرتے لوگ اس بات سے بے خبر تھے کہ ایک جوان لڑکی اپنی زندگی کی جنگ لڑ رہی تھی۔’وجیہہ’ وانیہ نے پکارا پر اس کے اپنے کانوں نے بھی یہ نام نہ سنا’وہ گھٹنوں کے بل پاس آ بیٹھی۔
اس نے پھر زور لگایا’وجیہہ۔وہ اسے جھجھوڑنا نہیں چاہتی تھی کہیں وہ زندگی سے محروم ہوئی تو؟آس پاس گھٹن ‘گرمی اتنی بڑھ چکی تھی کہ وانیہ کا دل چاہا سوئمنگ پول میں چھلانگ لگادے۔خاموشی میں بس کیڑے مکوڑے کی وحشت ناک ٹر ٹر کی آواز تھی۔
“وجی۔”اب کے اس نے پوری طاقت لگا کر اسے پکارا پر اس کے جسم میں کوئی جنبش نہ ہوئی۔
وانیہ کی آنکھوں سے آنسو بہہ رہے تھے اور وہ چیخنا چاہتی تھی کسی کو مدد کے لیے پکارنا چاہتی تھی پر گلہ تھا کہ ساتھ ہی نہیں دے رہا تھا۔ٹانگیں بےجان تھی اور ہاتھ کانپ رہے تھے۔وانیہ نے کانپتے ہاتھوں سے موبائل کی اسکرین روشن کی اور دھندلی آنکھوں سے نجانے کس کا نمبر ملایا۔اٹھائے جانے پر بس اسے پیچھے سے گانوںکا شور آرہا تھا۔
“یہاں ‘یہاں سوئمنگ پو ل سے۔۔۔دور۔۔”الفاظ ٹوٹ کر ادا ہورہے تھے۔
“کیا؟اونچا بولو وانی۔”شاہ تاج نے بائیں کان پر انگلی رکھ کر اسے غور سے سننا چاہا۔
“وجیہہ۔۔۔خالہ امی کے ۔۔۔ٹیرس کا شیشہ۔”اسے سمجھ نہیں آرہی تھی وہ کیا کہہ رہی ہے بس نظریں اس ساکت وجود پر تھی۔”ایمبولنس۔۔۔مدد چاہیےادھر۔”اس سے مزید فو ن نہ پکڑا گیا اور فون پکڑا ہاتھ پہلو میں گر گیا۔
