یہ مختصر سا ناولٹ خصوصی طور پر رمضان کے لیے لکھا گیا ہے۔ اس میں موجود ہر کردار ہمیں دکھاتا ہے وہ اپنا رمضان کیسے گزار رہا ہے۔ امید ہے آپ لوگوں کو یہ ناولٹ اچھا لگے گا۔

” تم حوصلہ کرو اللّٰہ سب بہتر کرے گا۔” ادھیڑ عمر مرد نے اسے حوصلہ دیا۔
” اللّٰہ تو بہتر ہی کرتا ہے لیکن انسانوں کا ہم کیا کریں بابا۔ انسان نے تو جب بھی کیا انسانیت کا خاتمہ ہی کیا۔ اللّٰہ جانے ان کے دلوں میں خوف کیوں نہیں آتا ہے۔”
” اگر انہیں خدا کا خوف ہوتا تو کیا یہ اتنے ڈٹ کر باطل رہا میں کھڑے ہوتے۔” ادھیڑ عمر مرد نے تاسف سے کہا۔
” میرے بچے، وہ لوگ میرے ہاتھوں سے میرے بچے چھین کر چلے گئے اور جو ایک بچہ میں بمشکل بچا پایا، جو میری گود میں ہی بھینچا ہوا تھا اسے بھی ان لوگوں نے اپنی بندوق سے مار ڈالا۔ انہیں کیا ملا! دیکھو اس کا خون!”
اس آدمی نے اپنی قمیض اس ادھیڑ عمر آدمی کے سامنے کی۔ قمیض پر لال رنگ کا خون صاف دکھائی دے رہا تھا۔
” میرے بچوں نے آج روزہ رکھا تھا۔ اب افطار کا وقت ہو رہا ہے پتہ نہیں انہوں نے اسے کھانا کھلایا بھی ہوگا یا نہیں! کیا مسلمان ہونے کی ہمیں اتنی بڑی قیمت چکانی پڑے گی؟”
نڈھال مرد کی یہ بات سن کر ادھیڑ مرد فوراً جلال سے بولا۔
” تم یہ کیا بول رہے ہو؟ کیا اپنے بچوں اور اپنی قربانی تم ضائع کردینا چاہتے ہو؟” ادھیڑ عمر مرد کی بات سن کر روتا ہوا مرد خاموش ہوگیا۔
” کیا مطلب؟”
” تم نے ابھی ناشکری کردی۔ تم نے اپنے ایمان کو ہی اپنے لیے عذاب سمجھ لیا۔ کیا تم اپنے ان پیاروں کو بھول گئے جنہوں نے ایمان کی خاطر اپنی زندگی تک قربان کر ڈالی۔ تم نہیں جانتے ایمان والوں پر اللہ کی کیسی رحمتیں ہوتی ہیں۔ کیا تمہیں نہیں پتہ جس کا ایمان جتنا مضبوط ہوتا ہو وہ اللّٰہ کی راہ میں اتنا ہی آزمایا جاتا ہے۔ تم نے نا شکری کرکے بہت برا کام کیا ہے۔ اگر تم خاموشی سے صبر کرتے تو اللّٰہ تمہیں بہت اجر دیتا۔”
