“تم مجھے ایسے مت گھورو جیسے میں کوئی مجرم ہوں” اس نے مصطفیٰ کو کہا جو تب سے اسے گھورے جا رہا تھا
“مجھے مجرموں کی پہچان نہیں ہے میں ڈاکٹر ہوں مریضوں کی پہچان کرنا جانتا ہوں اب تم بتاؤ تم کس نوعیت کے مریض ہو” یقیناً وہ اس کا ہی بھائی تھا
“تم رحاب کے بارے میں جاننا چاہتے ہو؟” اس نے امید سے مصطفیٰ کو دیکھا شاید وہ انکار کر دے مگر اس نے فورا ہاں میں میں سر ہلا دیا
“وہ دوست ہیں میری..”
“یہ تو وہ رٹی رٹائی بات ہے جو تم سب کو بتاتے ہو کاش تمہاری بات کی تصدیق تمہارے چہرے کے تاثرات کر پاتے۔۔۔ تو اب تم مجھے وہ بات بتاؤ جس کی میں تصدیق بآسانی کر سکوں” مصطفیٰ کے سوال پر وہ چند سیکنڈز خاموش رہا پھر بولنا شروع کیا اور شروع سے لے کر ہر بات مصطفیٰ کو بتا دی
“تم محبت کر بیٹھے ہو ابتسام باجوہ ” وہ اسے اطلاع دے رہا تھا۔۔۔ جب ابتسام کی خاموشی لمبی ہونے لگی تو مصطفیٰ نے پھر سے کہا
“پیاری ہے ویسے وہ..” اس کی اس بات پر ابتسام نے اسے گھور کر دیکھا کوئی بھی باآسانی بتا سکتا تھا کہ اسے مصطفیٰ کا رحاب کو پیاری کہنا اچھا نہیں لگا تھا
“مسئلہ کہاں ہے؟امی سے بات کرو ان کو بھی رحاب پسند ہے مجھے یقین ہے وہ مان جائیں گی” مصطفیٰ نے اس کے تاثرات اگنور کرتے ہوئے کہا
“اس کی منگنی ہو چکی ہے” ابتسام کی اس بات سے ماحول میں خاموشی کے ساتھ افسردگی بھی پھیل گئی “میں ہمیشہ دیر کر دیتا ہوں…. میں ہمیشہ کیوں دیر کر دیتا ہوں مصطفیٰ؟” مصطفیٰ اس کی بے بسی اس کے الفاظ میں محسوس کر سکتا تھا لیکن وہ اپنے بھائی کے لیے کچھ نہیں کر سکتا تھا کیونکہ اس کے بھائی کی پسند کسی اور کی عزت تھی اور ان کی تربیت میں شامل تھا عزتوں کی حفاظت کرنا
