ارانیہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔اپنی اس عادت کو بدل لو ۔۔۔۔۔سعد نے اس کو گھورتے ہوئے کہا جس پر ۔۔۔. ارانیہ چہرے کو جھکا گئی ۔
اب یہ بت کی طرح کھڑی کیوں ہو ۔۔۔؟ ؟بیٹھوں اندر ۔۔۔۔۔سعد روڈ سا بولا جس پر ارانیہ شرمندہ سی اس کی گاڑی میں بیٹھ گئی ۔
میں تو آپ کی دوست ہوں سڈ پلیز اس طرح روڈ مت ہوا کریں ۔۔۔۔۔۔وہ اپنے لب چھباتے ہوئے نم آنکھوں سے رُخ باہر کی طرف موڑے بولی ۔
دوست ۔۔۔میرے سر پر مسلت کیا ہوا ایک رشتہ ہو صرف تم ۔۔۔۔۔۔. سعد بے زار سا بولا ۔
ارانیہ نے نم آنکھوں سے اس کی طرف دیکھا تھا اسے اپنی تزلیل محسوس ہوئی اسی لیے ضبط سے بیٹھی رہی ۔

معاز کی نظروں میں عجیب سی بے باکی تھی جیسے دیکھتے ہوئے عفاف خوفزدہ سی پیچھے ہٹنے لگی ۔
معاز جاؤ یہاں سے ۔۔۔عفاف کانپتے ہوئے لہجے میں چیخی ۔
آپ پوچھے گی نہیں میرے پر کا مطلب ۔۔۔۔۔۔معاز خوفزدہ سے عفاف کے بالکل قریب کھڑا ہوتے ہوئے بولا جو خوف سے آئینہ کے ساتھ جڑ چکی تھی ۔
ن۔۔۔. نہ ۔۔۔۔نہیں مجھے انٹرسٹ نہیں ہے ۔۔۔۔۔عفاف اپنی کانپتی آواز پر قابو پا کر بولی ۔
پر میں پھر بھی بتاؤ گا ۔۔۔۔۔معاز عفاف کے دائیں بائیں ہاتھ رکھتے ہوئے گھمبیر انداز لیے بولا ۔
عفاف خوفزدہ سی آنکھوں کو بند کر چکی تھی ۔
ہے تو آپ میری پروفیسر پر ۔۔۔۔معاز شاہ کا دل آپ پر آ چکا ہے ۔۔۔۔آپ کی یہ ادا مجھے پاگل کر رہی ہے ۔۔معاز نے خوف سے کانپتی ہوئی عفاف کے چہرے سے لیٹوں کو پیچھے کرتے بے باک انداز میں کہا ۔
یہ ڈوپٹہ لے کر رکھا کریں ۔۔۔۔ورنہ ۔۔۔۔ معاز نے کہتے ہوئے ڈوپٹہ اس کی طرف اچھالا ۔
چلتا ہوں پروفیسر اسائنمنٹ کل یونیورسٹی میں دے دوں گا ۔۔۔اور ایک بات یاد رکھنا آئند معاز شاہ سے پنگا مت لینا کیوں کہ میں کسی کو نہیں چھوڑتا ۔۔۔۔اور اگر حریف آپ جیسا خوبصورت اور معصوم ہو تو پھر تو کھیلنے میں اور بھی مزا آتا ہے ۔۔۔۔.
معاز اسے ایک آنکھ دبا کر کہتے ہوئے کھڑکی کی طرف کھود گیا جہاں سے وہ آیا ۔
عفاف دھڑکتے دل کے ساتھ وہی آئینہ کے ساتھ لگی نیچے زمین پر بیٹھ گئی تھی ۔ خوف سے جیسے دل بند ہونے کو تھا ۔۔
